| About these ratings | ||
If you're a fan of baseball, you can't pass up a visit to Turner Field. Home of the Atlanta Braves, this iconic sports venue retains the atmosphere of a classic baseball field while providing modern comforts like Jumbotrons. During baseball season, Turner Field can accommodate more than 50,000 fans on game days. However, you don't need to catch a game to explore the stadium. Guided tours offer visitors the opportunity to see behind the scenes, visiting areas like the press box and the dugout.
Another popular stop on the tour is the Braves Museum & Hall of Fame, which spotlights the players that built the Braves' legacy. "There was so much history in the museum," writes one TripAdvisor user. "They also had large screens showing great games of the past."
Turner Field is located just south of downtown Atlanta. Guided tours are offered Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sundays from 1 to 3 p.m. Tours cost $12 for adults and $7 for children. Fees include entry to the museum. Prices for games may vary, and you'll want to reserve seats in advance. To learn more, visit the Turner Field website.
