| About these ratings | ||
Think of New York's Central Park but with a New-Zealand twist, and you've got Cornwall Park. The park is a mesh of plants just as Auckland is a mesh of cultures. Japanese cherry blossom and magnolias trees stand near native New Zealand plants like puriri trees. One of the park's greatest assets is its lookout point: Don't leave without seeing the view from One Tree Hill.
One TripAdvisor user raves about Cornwall Park, saying "between the children's playground, observatory, sheep and cows, chickens, walk to the top, beautiful walk down the avenue and particularly nice Cornwall Park restaurant, [there's] always lots to do and see."
You'll find the park just south of central Auckland. For more information, visit the website.
