|About these ratings|
Las Olas Boulevard's Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale is a good (but crowded) spot to spend a rainy day. The modern art museum features pieces by Picasso, Warhol, Mapplethorpe, and Dali. It is also well-known for its CoBrA exhibit: The acronym stands for the cities of Copenhagen, Brussels and Amsterdam, where the artworks hail from. The more than 50-year-old museum also works in conjunction with Nova Southeastern University to provide art classes for visitors.
One TripAdvisor user says it was "hard to see the objects because of overcrowding," so come ready to angle your way to the front of the exhibit lines. The moderate admission price is discounted for senior citizens and kids under 17. Children under 5 are free.
