Our Take: Even if you don't choose to bed down here, consider adding a tour of the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center to your trip itinerary. With its jungle-like atrium, on-site shops, 10 restaurants, and 18-hole golf course, it's easy to see why some recent lodgers got lost among the labyrinth. Recent guests report the rooms are comfortable and include refrigerators, access to high-speed Internet, and atrium views (at additional cost). Guests also note that everything within the resort is expensive, especially the restaurant fare. You'll find the resort just off Briley Parkway, about a 15-minute drive from downtown Nashville.
