Our Take: The Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa is popular for its well-kept private beach, attentive poolside service, and some of the best vistas on the strip. Cruise travelers particularly enjoy its proximity to the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). But there's also a downside to those gorgeous views: Many complain of shoddy cell phone and Wi-Fi coverage in the ocean-view rooms. And speaking of disadvantages, some say that this Marriott's restaurant menus are overpriced (as is the spa). But to end on a positive note, most say the staff here is excellent.
