Our Take: The Hyatt at the Bellevue is one of the area's most historic luxury hotels. Since its grand opening in 1904, the property has been the toast of the town, luring movie stars and tycoons for decades. Today's visitors can't stop gushing about the hotel's grand décor and the fine dining offered at the top-floor XIX (NINETEEN) café, restaurant and bar: If you can, try and get seated on the balconies overlooking street.
