U.S. News Review

In 24 hours at the Loews Regency Hotel, you could pamper yourself with a stylish new haircut or indulge your taste buds with cuisine served at the hotel's flagship restaurant. And after you've perused the racks of the nearby venerable department stores peppering Manhattan's Upper East Side, you can retreat to your well-appointed accommodations, featuring thoughtful extras like complimentary Wi-Fi, electric window shades and ultra-soft Frette bathrobes and linens. Recent travelers were particularly impressed with the comfortable rooms, impeccable customer service and convenient location on Park Avenue. Another perk of staying here: Thanks to the hotel's Loews ties, guests participating in the company's rewards program may accrue extra freebies, such as complimentary room upgrades.

Critic Reviews

New York Magazine

“As per the requests of female business travelers, the rooms have well-lit bathroom mirrors and powerful, salon-grade hair dryers.”

Travel + Leisure

“It's a big ask to take a hotel so redolent of classic Manhattan glamour and bring it up to date without losing its soul in the process. Taylor and Burton stayed here, as did Princess Grace and Prince Rainier of Monaco.”

Oyster.com

“Nearly all guests — 90 percent to be exact — are repeat customers, and staff members always work to remember people by name.”
