Our Take: Perched at the south end of the Strip, Mandalay Bay offers a great view of bustling Sin City. And when you want to explore Las Vegas further, there's a monorail system that will take you to other casinos nearby. Recent travelers give Mandalay Bay mixed reviews, however; some complain that there are too many kids at the pool (it's known as one of the most family-friendly hotels in town) while others describe a relaxing ambience at the poolside cabanas. If you're really hankering for a quieter atmosphere, you can book a room upstairs at the Four Seasons, which occupies the Mandalay Bay Tower's top five floors.
