Our Take: Not to be confused with the adjacent JW Marriott Cancun Resort, the 450-room CasaMagna Marriott Cancun boasts beachfront amenities within reach of all the excitement Cancún's Hotel Zone has to offer. But you may be hard-pressed to find a reason to venture off-property: CasaMagna features eight sit-down restaurants and a reportedly fantastic breakfast buffet at La Capilla Argentine Steakhouse. Drinks are served at Las Ventanas Lobby Bar until midnight; however, guests say that ordering beverages here can deplete your funds quickly. During the day, pass the time lounging by the heated outdoor pool or along the CasaMagna beach. When it comes time to hit the hay, you'll unwind in comfortable digs appointed with down feather pillows and pullout sofas, 32-inch flat-screens and wireless Internet access (for a fee).
