Our Take: This four-star hotel on the western edge of Vanderbilt University's campus has 301 rooms and six suites on 11 floors. Rooms include pillow-top mattresses, 32-inch flat screen TVs, and marble bathrooms. Plus, you're close to some of Nashville's best things to do, like Centennial Park and the Parthenon. Still, some say self-parking is expensive and difficult; these guests recommend opting for valet parking instead. It's a tad more expensive but a lot less of a headache. Reviews are mixed for the Park25 and American Bistro on-site eatery; some say the food is delicious, while others say the service is too slow. Still, recent lodgers appreciate the on-site Starbucks in the lobby. Marriott Rewards members can collect or cash in accumulated points here for complimentary perks.
