With a focus on sustainable living, the resort's knowledgeable staff will teach you numerous techniques to staying fit, including healthy eating habits and exercise routines, from Pilates and yoga to rock climbing and mountain biking. At the end of the day, travelers say that returning to their rooms felt almost like coming home. Outfitted with hardwood furnishings and plush beds, the guest rooms provide a comfortable setting in which to unwind, while amenities like LCD TVs, Wi-Fi access and signature bath products make the accommodations even more inviting. Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa is an adults-only, all-inclusive wellness destination nestled in Arizona's Catalina Mountains. Resting on 400 acres, the landscaped grounds include multiple hiking trails, a challenge course with high- and low-ropes obstacles, a zipline, an equestrian center, and much more. The resort is situated about 25 miles north of downtown Tucson, so guests looking to check out the city on a daily basis may want to stay elsewhere.
