Our Take: The Monte Carlo Resort and Casino has a European vibe, with grand archways and sculptures, as well as crystal chandeliers and marble floors. Rooms are smaller here, so if you're looking for more space, you should upgrade to Hotel 32, Monte Carlo's boutique accommodations in the top floors of the building. Even so, recent travelers say that the rooms aren't well-kept and that the hotel has a tendency to feel dated, especially compared to its neighbors in the nearby CityCenter complex. But if you're looking for a prime location in the middle of bustling Sin City, the this MGM Resorts property could be worth it.
