Our Take: Cleanliness might seem like a given at a luxury hotel, but the guests at Parrot Key don't take it for granted. According to them, the immaculate condition of the rooms and grounds is one of this Old Town property's best characteristics. However, Parrot Key's other luxurious amenities don't hurt. Situated on five lush acres, this waterfront hotel boasts four swimming pools, sculpture gardens, and access to rentable water sports equipment. And the Conch-style rooms aren't too shabby either. Recent guests say the rooms are larger compared to other Key West properties, and feature balconies overlooking the tropical gardens or waterfront, mini fridges, 27-inch flat screen TVs, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort. You'll find the Parrot Key on North Roosevelt Boulevard, about a 10-minute drive from Mallory Square.
