Our Take: Frequent visitors are loyal to the Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa for a number of reasons. For some, it's the simple style of the furnishings and the hints of local culture found in each of the rooms (along with the availability of private fireplaces and whirlpool tubs). For others, it's the luxurious amenities like the expansive indoor and outdoor pools, the full-service Solitude Spa, and the tasty cuisine served at Spur Restaurant & Bar, the lodge's recently remodeled dining establishment. But there's one thing that almost every recent guest agrees upon: The lodge's proximity to ski slopes and hiking trails (the hotel is located within the Jackson Hole Mountain complex)—not to mention its views of the Teton Mountains—make it a great home base for adventure.
