Guests exalt the newly updated oceanfront rooms, which offer Elite pillow top beds and unobstructed sea views from furnished balconies along with The Fairmont's unique location. Stretching across a mile of sandy beach, the hotel offers single and double kayaks, snorkeling gear, paddle-boats, sailboats, windsurfing, and stand-up paddle-boards. Meanwhile, The Fairmont's seaside spa caters to R&R-seekers with body scrubs, massages, and facials. Though recent guests report a satisfactory stay here, some cite minor grievances with the hotel's two on-site restaurants. Visitors say the food is tasty but a little overpriced, and warn that birds frequently descend on vacated tables to pick at leftovers.
