Our Take: People who have stayed at this recently renovated hotel consider it a hidden gem among the staggering number of pricey four-star options in the area. Those same people say that the staff here is some of the most welcoming and responsive in all of South Beach. The rooms, lobby, and more were all outfitted to whimsical acclaim by renowned fashion designer Todd Oldham. Rooms boast custom-designed furniture, rainhead showers, and toiletries by The White Company. Rooms also include two beach chairs daily. But for the best example of Oldham's colorful work, just check out the scene at the magnificent rooftop pool in the evenings (a guest favorite). You can find this 53-room property at the corner of Collins Avenue and 8th Street.
