U.S. News Review

Since 1930, The Pierre has been sitting pretty along swanky Fifth Avenue across from Central Park. Epitomized by its opulent Rotunda, this elegant hotel strives to provide elite luxury befitting of its Upper East Side locale. Recent travelers compliment the tastefully decorated rooms and comfortable beds, as well as the gracious hotel staff. The wellness professionals in Pierre's Jiva Spa are also ready to pamper you with Indian-style treatments and body wraps. And the newly unveiled restaurant, Sirio, draws guests out of their rooms with delectable dishes. If you can, book a room facing the park. Previous visitors say that the views overlooking the greenery are spectacular. Keep in mind that all of the recently renovated rooms boast sweeping city or park views, along with luxurious touches, such as Turkish marble bathrooms, Molton Brown bath products and Bose sound systems.
