Our Take: The Westin Imagine Orlando features all the brand perks that guests love—like the unwindSM happy hour, the WestinWORKOUT center, the Heavenly Beds®—but still, most guests can't only muster a "decent" when describing the hotel. According to some, other Westins are far nicer; while others say they expected more luxurious amenities than they received. Travelers unanimously agree that this convention center-adjacent hotel offers excellent customer service. The room service arrives promptly, the front-desk staff is always more than helpful, and the housekeeping staff is efficient. One note of caution to leisure travelers in Orlando for the theme parks: This Westin is about 12 miles north of Walt Disney World. Consider a Disney resort if you'd like to be closer to the action.
