Our Take: This Williamsburg Inn has accommodations fit for a queen, literally—Queen Elizabeth II has stayed here more than once on state visits to North America. But it's a delightful choice for us commoners as well. Recent visitors particularly appreciate the Inn's personal touches, like the available itineraries of the daily activities of Colonial Williamsburg. Previous guests also rave about the exquisite accommodations, appointed with marble bathrooms, plush robes, complimentary Wi-Fi access, and sleek flat-screen TVs. Though some guests bemoan the Inn's high price tags, others say the outstanding ambiance and service is well worth the cost. When dinnertime rolls around, consider taking your evening meals in the Regency Room to enjoy some splendid views of the Golden Horseshoe Golf Course and delectable American fare. Prefer a more laid-back dining experience? Head to to the Terrace Room. You'll find the Williamsburg Inn located on East Francis Street.
