| About these ratings | ||
According to Frommer's, "The Caesars casino is simultaneously the ultimate in gambling luxury and the ultimate in Vegas kitsch." This Roman-themed casino-resort — complete with marble statues and toga-wearing cocktail waitresses — is a Vegas staple. However, it has undergone a bit of a facelift over the past few years, introducing a new state-of-the-art race and sports book area (where visitors can bet on sporting events), as well as talented resident performers, like Celine Dion. Despite the revamp, some say Caesars can still evoke a sense of claustrophobia.
If gambling isn't your forte, Caesars Palace features plenty of other ways to keep you entertained, including the Qua Baths & Spa, the Neil Leifer sports photography gallery, more than 100 shops, golf facilities, plenty of dining options and top-notch nightlife venues such as PURE.
