| About these ratings | ||
The Bass Museum has a quality collection of domestic and international art, spanning from the Renaissance to the modern period. The museum has also earned a solid reputation for its temporary exhibits, with one Yelp.com user saying, "Each year they manage to have an exhibit so cool it keeps me yammering on and on for months after I've seen it."
The Bass Museum of Art is located at 2121 Park Avenue, between 21st and 22nd street. It's only a block or so from the beach -- this fact combined with its relatively small size, makes it very convenient for a quick one-hour perusing.
Admission is $8 for adults and $6 for students and seniors. If you have kids under age six, they can tag along for free. You can visit the Bass Museum of Art Wednesday through Sunday from noon until 5 p.m. For more information, check out the museum's website.
