Recent visitors say that the Eldorado is a great venue to try your hand with Lady Luck. Decked out in green felt and nearly 1,300 slot machines, the Eldorado's gaming room has a mish mash of gaming options; there are tables for baccarat, blackjack and poker (among others), and the Race & Sportsbook is great for sports fans. If you're not up for gambling, the Eldorado Resort features several on-site nightlife venues and hosts regular concerts.
According to visitors, this is a great place to spend a few hours, but after that, beware. "Their slots are fairly liberal, meaning you will get some nice winnings," writes one TripAdvisor user. "But alas, unless you stop there, by the end of play, you'll probably end up even or the house wins. So, think of it as a few enjoyable hours of play." But you never know: the Eldorado does have a reputation for being the "luckiest" place to gamble in Reno.
