| About these ratings | ||
This Caesars-brand property advertises itself as the liveliest casino in town, boasting a variety of table games, slot machines and even a few irregular games such as beer pong. And according to recent visitors, Harrah's is Sin City quality thanks to its gaming options and friendly employees. "The dealers downstairs have a good sense of humor," one recent gamer tells Yelp.com. "Even when I'm losing, I find myself having a good time. Perhaps it's the great company or the never-ending drinks."
Some say the casino could stand a décor reboot. Still, the hotel has made improvements to its facilities within the resort, some of which are open to non-guests. Harrah's wide array of amenities range from a spa and a pool to live concerts and nightlife venues.
Harrah's Casino is located in downtown Reno, just two blocks north of the Truckee River. It's open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and entry is free (or at least, as free as a casino can ever be). For more information, check out the Harrah's website.
