Vacationers' most positive praise isn't for a Tampa theme park or zoo. Instead, it's for the more than 6,000 yards of crisp Bermuda greens and mature grandfather oaks splayed across the par-71 Pebble Creek Golf Club.
One Yahoo! Travel writer says the course "had changed so much for the better. Their greens were in perfect condition, better than any other courses I played on Tampa recently." And a TripAdvisor user "absolutely enjoyed the course. Friendliest staff I've ever seen. Food in the Irish pub was GREAT! I'll be back for sure."
Pebble Creek's rates are seasonal; currently you can play 18 holes on weekdays for $39 in the morning and for $29 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. On weekends you'll pay about $44 for a morning tee time or $34 if you visit from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Any day of the week you can play for $24 if you start in the later afternoon.
