About these ratings

Points

You can earn Fairmont President's Club rewards by staying at any Fairmont property and by making everyday purchases with the Fairmont Signature Visa credit card. Premier and Platinum members staying at Raffles and Swissôtel hotels and resorts can also expect to receive the same membership benefits and count their stays at these affiliated brands toward their membership.

Earning Points

With the Fairmont President's Club, you do not earn points; rather, you earn frequent flier miles with each stay. The program also grants you access to members-only benefits and amenities like complimentary room upgrades and Wi-Fi access. By signing up for the free program on the Fairmont website, you can begin earning miles and enjoying member benefits on your next stay. You can also earn rewards by using the Fairmont Visa Signature credit card. By signing up for the Fairmont Visa Signature Card, you'll be automatically upgraded to Premier status and receive additional benefits. You must book rooms through the Fairmont website or over the phone with a customer service representative in order to earn rewards and to have your reservation to register as a qualifying stay (stays that can count toward your membership status).

Using Points

You cannot use your points to pay for hotel stays; rather, complimentary nights are one of the benefits of Premier and Platinum members. Premier members are eligible to cash in one free night on a three-night stay, while Platinum members can redeem one complimentary night for a stay of any length. To redeem your free night, you must book your reservation at Fairmont.com or over the phone. Below are the numbers of stays needed for one free night in a selection of popular business and leisure destinations:
