Most travelers vacation in Dominica during the winter and spring months when the weather is warm and dry. Crowds aren't too terrible this time of year, but the room rates are high. If you do decide to visit during this period, be sure to reserve your room well in advance to ensure a decent price. Also, be sure to plan your sightseeing for when cruise ships are not docked because cruises often flood the already crowded attractions.
