The hotel is also home to The Spa by Ivanka Trump, a fitness center and numerous spaces for meetings and events, including the 13,141-square-foot Presidential Ballroom that can host receptions for up to 1,335 guests. Eaton Hotel also aims to act as a community gathering space and houses amenities like a 50-seat theater and screening room, wellness offerings and meeting spaces for those who sign up and pay for a membership. As far as accommodations go, the 209 rooms, which recent guests described as comfortable and homey, feature HD smart TVs, free Wi-Fi access and minibars stocked with "sustainable healthy snacks and beverages." Accommodations also include more unique features like hand-picked books and record players, fun touches recent travelers appreciated. Some were not pleased that there was no in-room coffee; however, a coffee shop is available on-site; and many guests said the beverages served there are fantastic. The friendly staff members win favor with recent visitors as well.

According to recent visitors, the new restaurant is delicious, with some travelers even describing it as the best meal of their trip. Others heaped praise on the rooftop bar, CUT Above, which offers views of Georgetown, the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal, and the city skyline. You can also get an eyeful of the Georgetown scene from the hotel's rooftop infinity pool, which features a built-in fireplace. Though reviewers described the pool as small, they said it was a relaxing place to enjoy a cocktail. Other on-site amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, which is outfitted with a Peloton bike, among other equipment. For even more relaxation, guests can book an in-room spa service. Meanwhile, the hotel's 49 rooms and suites include hardwood floors, Illy espresso machines, Pratesi linens and 24-hour room service. Along with the prime address along Georgetown's C&O Canal, reviewers were most impressed with the five-star customer service.
