While most guests reported a satisfactory stay, some say the customer service could be better. Accommodations are also outfitted with work desks, minibars, satellite TVs and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the Big Apple. When it's time for a meal, head to Mr. Purple, the 15th-floor restaurant, for brunch or dinner. You can also enjoy cocktails at Mr. Purple or stop by the seasonal rooftop bar to enjoy a drink and the sunset. Additionally, the rooftop houses the hotel's pool (open seasonally). Back inside the hotel, guests have access to a business center and a 24-hour fitness center. While many visitors loved the hotel's comfortable rooms and decor, noise was a pain point for many recent travelers. They warn that the surrounding neighborhood, the elevators and the bar areas were loud and noise easily permeated the rooms.
