Accommodations are equipped with smart TVs, Nespresso Inissia coffee makers, complimentary standard Wi-Fi, and full marble bathrooms featuring deep soaking tubs, not to mention views of the bustling avenue below. Chapultepec Forest sits a little more than a mile west of this Four Seasons, but lodgers interested in R&R are content to stay near the hotel, especially with its pampering amenities. Guests say the pool is kept at a comfortably warm temperature, while the spa is equally enticing with refreshing facials and customized massages available. And visitors also praise the cuisine at the on-site restaurant, Zanaya, and the professional staff, though the customer service at check-in received mixed reviews.
