First Timer

There was a lot of activity going on during my stay, the LA Clippers were staying there, there was a political celebration party as well. Hotel was busy. I enjoyed the art. Room had a few issues, wet carpet area and no hairdryer. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great stay

Mar 6th, 2020

This was a work trip with a meeting scheduled at the hotel. This will be my go-to place to stay on any return travel to OKC! The check-in/check-out was easy, the room was large and clean and nicely outfitted. The fitness center had more options than many other hotels...and I liked the location. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Property! Reservation was not in system upon arrival. Two Days later haven't received bill in email. Would have been an awesome stay were it not for the reservation issue and not receiving my bill in email as requested. Try again next time. The facilities looked great. Bar was very comfortable and served good drinks. That's all for now. Why does this review have to be 200 words or more? TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Business Weekend with Pleasure

Mar 5th, 2020

I stayed for three nights while attending a business conference. From check in to check out, I had a wonderful experience. The valet was very kind and insisted on bringing my bags to my room. Check in was a breeze. I stayed at the far end on the second floor, which for the most part, was nice and quiet. I know a lot of people complain about the dim lighting, but I thought it was wonderful. It contributed to a sense of peace and calming I felt throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely. My favorite part is the raindrop shower head. The pressure was impeccable and I never ran out of hot water. Speaking of hot water, I couldn't figure out how to turn the coffee maker on (it's adorable), even after doing a quick Google search! I called the front desk and they were able to tell me "it the black button towards the back". Just a FYI- it doesn't look like a button, It's rectangular and it reminiscent of the part of an electronic device where you exchange batteries (I don't know how else to describe it). There were plenty of options for coffee and tea, which were replenished daily. There is a mini bar in the room, on a sensor. I requested a mini fridge as I was bringing my own food and it was in my room as requested which was great! The room is laid out nicely and I loved the natural light from the wall of windows. There is a blackout shade, however it you want complete and total darkness, I would recommend an eye mask. I'd also recommend earplugs. While my stay was mostly quiet, I did get woken up two nights in a row by some unruly neighbors. So, bring some earplugs. Sound seems to reverberate/echo perhaps because the walls are cement. I called the front desk for assistance with people making noise my second night and someone came up within minutes and handled the disturbance without any further trouble. The flooring in the hallway is wood as well, so you may hear clunky shoes walking. Staff were friendly and helpful. I ate at Mary Eddy's each day for lunch and the food was delicious and the service was great. The beauty of this hotel is unmatched. I enjoyed walking around and looking at the galleries. There are some really cool installations. The conference rooms are great and staff is very attentive at events. The food service was a huge bonus! I really enjoyed the afternoon freshly baked cookies! The sugar cookies were my favorite! I worked out in the gym twice. I have two minor complaints. The cardio machines all face away from the door, so you have to look over your shoulder when someone comes in. I did notice surveillance cameras in the room, however so hopefully the space is being monitored. While it's nice to have a beautiful view looking out the windows, it feels a little unsafe with people coming in from behind. Also, I'm used to having a disinfectant spray available to wipe down machines either before or after use. There is hand sanitizer on the back of the door, but nothing additional to clean a machine, weight handles, or wipe down mats. The mat I used was dilapidated; I'd recommend bringing your own. There are locker spaces available. The sauna was great. I used it twice during my stay. The hotel had several great amenities including a spa which offers a variety of services including massage. There is also a steam room. At the end of my stay, hotel staff stored my luggage between check out and when I was ready to leave. I will definitely be returning! The location of the hotel appears to be an "up and coming" area. I walked to a nearby pizza place one night for dinner and I felt a little concerned about personal safety. It's not the best neighborhood. I made sure I returned to the hotel before dark and everything was fine. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
