Ding! ding! ding!

We have a winner.... I don’t review unless I’m impressed or have had a bad experience. The warm welcome, stimulating art, nice room and restaurant were all top notch. The location was convenient as well. Also, check out the Jones Assembly located behind the hotel. Great vibe for dinner and drinks. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Highly recommended. Don't miss out on staying here!

Feb 4th, 2020

I found this hotel on travelOK.com I wanted to surprise my husband for his b'day and really didn't want to do a bed and breakfast staying in someone's house, so I kept looking on Travel OK and when I saw that 21C was a museum AND an old Ford plant, I knew my search was over. We absolutely "loved" our stay. We made another reservation for a week later when I go for my cancer treatment at Stephenson Cancer Center. 21C will be our go-to hotel for sure. ROOMS: The rooms are more rectangle with large full wall window that display 2 curtains (one for blockout and a sheer one) The bed is soft yet firm. 2 Robes are in the room to use. All appeared clean and well maintained. THE STAFF The staff was exceptional. They go up and beyond with knowledge of the hotel's history as well as the area. Not once did we come across any staff that was having a bad day. MUSEUM INSIDE HOTEL OMG The artwork is so beautiful. We got a chance to experience all of the artwork that his hotel had to offer. RESTAURANT INSIDE: Yes, there is a nice restaurant inside the hotel which is affordable. Fine dining without the fine dining prices. Great food and cooked perfect. It's pretty quiet with the exception of those that walk thru the place loud because they have not respect, but other than that, we had a great time and already booked our 2nd stay for a week later. THE AREA: You can visit Jones Assembly directly behind the hotel which has "great" food. And again fine dining food without the fine dining prices and it's casual. They also have bands at this establishment. We highly recommend 21C Hotel/Museum for your next OKC overnight stay. Look out for the penguins. They like to sneak up on ya..lol ;) TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Rooms are nice, but a bad place for events

Feb 3rd, 2020

Our association recently held its annual installation of officers event at this hotel. It's location and uniqueness made it an intriguing place to hold an event. We should have realized there was going to be issues when during the course of planning until the actual event we went through three different event coordinators. That is a big sign they don't have their "stuff" together. But we were in a contract and too late to change. We had a block of rooms and in the end, the rooms are nice. However, what we didn't know is how long it would take to check-in. It seems that the check out time doesn't apply to NBA players (they stay here when visiting). So many folks couldn't check in to their rooms until almost the time of our event. Back to the event - the planner suggested a short menu rather than pre-selecting the dinner. This allowed each guest to make a decision on dinner. Sounds cool, but turned out to be very impractical for 160 guests. Especially when they only allowed 4 servers! Food delivered late and cold. Water and beverage service was basically non-existent. This hotel contracts out their audio-visual and the company they hired was terrible. And since they had booked an event in the same space for earlier that day, we did not have enough time to do an adequate pre-event sound check. So bottom line - if for an overnight stay as a couple or for business. Probably a good place. For an event, take your business somewhere else. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Weekend Getaway

Jan 28th, 2020

This was a Christmas present weekend getaway. We enjoyed two basketball games ( NBA & NCAA ) while in OKC. Our stay at 21c was amazing. From the minute we pulled up on Friday to the moment we pulled away on Sunday we were treated with the best service possible. The museum was a different and welcome attraction. Our room was amazing with a big comfy bed. The entire staff was as nice as one could ask for. Will definitely return! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

21c for me!

Jan 23rd, 2020

Love this hotel, never boring. The valet staff and the front desk team are great! The lounge was wonderful with a energetic vibe and the great architectural details keep it interesting. In fact the experience at 21c is always a treat. You can always find something interesting to see and do there. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
