Lovely stay here - king sized room with view overlooking the river. Included dinner and breakfast. Dinner was really lovely, as was breakfast. Customer service excellent. Close to city centre. Would definitely return TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

In Belfast for work training. Found the room to be very comfortable. Large tv with plenty of channels. Bathroom was excellent, large shower. Fridge and safe in room . What food consumed there was good . Found staff pleasant and helpful throughout. Shame my stay was in the midst of Covid. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed for 3 nights in room 612. Lovely views over the river & very comfortable well equipped rooms. Met by a lovely guy at reception who explained everything to us regarding the hotel & covid regulations. Left car outside while we unloaded and dropped luggage up to room. I then parked the car just accross the road in independent multi story which is charged at £11 per day. Breakfast was a continental selection served to your table & then order cooked food. The cooked was very good , the conti less so. We were told by our server on the first morning that toast was not served at breakfast. When i inquired about this on second morning we were told toast was no problem. Theres a lovely terrace beside the restaurant where you can sit outside and enjoy the river views while having a drink. Charlie in the bar was very helpful & friendly as were most of the staff we came across. I thought the hotel dealt very well with covid regulations with hand sanitiser widely available. One annoying aspect was at checkout when the receptionist told me i couldnt leave the car in the set down area for 20 mins while we loaded up the car. This despite the fact that there were 3 cars parked outside at that time. He was only enforcing the rules he said. Cars were constantly parked there over our stay without any issues as I then did after collecting from car park.Hotel is within walking distance of city centre & titanic experience. Rooms are very quiet despite being near the road and a train track. Overall had a great stay & would recommend this hotel & would return myself. Didnt eat in the restaurant at night but it had lovely views aswell. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
