Comfortable safe sojourn
Jul 18th, 2020
Following a 3 day cross country car journey we arrived at this lovely location. Our corner room was ultra comfortable , clean and quiet , on the 6th floor. There was no housekeeping service during our stay due to the pandemic, but we were able to receive fresh towels and Korres amenities any time we requested. Breakfast buffet was closed , rooftop pool was open and front desk reception staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful. In particular we appreciated the suggestions Chloe offered . Each , including a visit to the Annexe , a cluster of shipping containers adapted into little shops and cafes, was a worthwhile gem. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great location downtown

Our first outing during the Covid19 Pandemic. Great space very modern and open space. Only the 7th floor was opened and all clients were therefore allocated to the same floor. I found the room on the narrow but well designed and functional. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. AC is well located in downtown Tucson. I was able to park our vehicle outside in the nearby adjacent streets, where city meters don’t charge a fees over the weekend. The hotel is located next to some bars that can be noisy at nighttime. But this was never an issue during our visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Super convenient location. Clean. Very kind and helpful staff. Well apportioned rooms. I think that says it all. Well . . . I guess there is a bit more to say - the AC is one of the new brands of boutique hotels Marriott rolled out after their merger with the Starwood chain. It’s like an Aloft and a W hotel combined. The music in the lobby gives you the vibe of a cool, hipster place. The rooms have the new parquet floors - which is awesome for cleanliness. The bathrooms are small’ish, but offer all the mid-line toiletries you expect from the Marriott chain. The AC is a good place. It’s worth the stay. The location alone makes it super convenient. And, add to the mix very friendly and helpful staff - and you’re definitely doing yourself a favor by staying here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Love the hotel - avoid a room on Broadway!!
Mar 10th, 2020
This has become my go to hotel when visiting Tucson. I love the location. There are many good restaurants and entertainment options within easy walking distance. I really like the AC format. The rooms are very nice and quite comfortable. I especially like the bathroom setup. the showers are large with a rain shower head and a separate adjustable shower head. This was the first time that I had a room on Broadway. It is a little noisy. I could hear traffic (especially sirens). It did not have a huge impact on my sleep, but I will definitely request a different location next time. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Beautiful and very noisy til wee hours

The hotel is conveniently located and, as a points collector, seemed like a crazy good deal for the night. I should've checked the ratings to learn about the patio dance club right across the alley and the inability of any attempt at soundproofing from keeping out the thump thump thump of the nearby party venue. I'm only happy I didn't pay full price for the room. The room itself was upscale Marriott - good beds, nice decor, fairly new. If you have earplugs, or can sleep through anything, this is your place. Otherwise, you might want to find a quiet part of town. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
