Ace Hotel New York

This is a fantastically done hotel. Very cool vibe and decor. The Coffee/ Bar/ Lounge feel is just perfect. Ace never disappointing, but this stay was very cool as NYC always is fun. I recommend asking for a high floor. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Another Awesome Ace Adventure

Once again another excellent stay at the Ace NYC— thanks everyone! The Ace doesn’t have a loyalty program, points or platinum thresholds because they’ve opted to have an amazing staff instead. I’d much rather feel secure, accounted for, appreciated and well-fed by a group of fantastic folks than be controlled by some multi-national corporation’s marketing department. A Night at the Ace

I needed a place to crash for the evening and was able to get a room for the night. The check-in process was seamless. The surrounding area is great for quick walks to grab a bite or partake in local activities. I have stayed at several properties (Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Shoreditch and now, New York) and have always enjoyed my experiences. Thank you! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Ace by name...and nature

So I wasn’t sure what to expect. I travelled with my son and we got a double room with 2 double beds. It was fairly basic but comfortable. Great view of the Empire State Building. Service from everyone was excellent. Really good recommendations for local restaurants. The vibe is cool but friendly. The bar is very popular and the restaurant is good. Fantastic location in Nomad and extremely reasonable compared to many other hotels including its sister hotel. I’d recommend it for all of the above. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Hip and Happy

I stayed at the Ace Hotel for 4 nights - and I gotta tell you, it was great. I never slept so well!! The staff are friendly and responsive. The room was not huge, but laid out very well, and felt more spacious than it probably was. No amenity was spared. Loved the vintage accents with record player and cool records to play. The lobby has such a hip vibe and there were things going every night which made me not go straight up to my room and stay a little longer at the bar before I went to bed. I am happy for my choice and will stay there again and again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
