I went with my boyfriend for a couples getaway for 3 days and the service we received was the best. We never had to leave the resort because they have so many places to visit. They have a variety of food and activities. The service we received was amazing and we will definitely return. Greeted by Eric at check in, Matt and Jesus at 360 sports bar, Gabriel at the pool and Luis at the bar. These guys gave the best service hands down, we were so impressed by their hospitality. Beautiful casino & hotel

Sep 24th, 2020

After a long drive from Arizona we decided to stop at Agua Caliente Casino Resort and we're glad we did. Security and COVID-19 control made you feel safe. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. The large room was spotless and had everything you'd need for comfort. The casino was not crowded during the day. Most were swimming in their big pool. In the evening, the casino was jumping. The crowd was a mixture of young and mid 70's. The machines gave me back enough $ to play all night. The black jack tables, although open, patrons respected each other to keep their distance. Coffee bar with delicious coffee and treats was first class. Steak house was full and the food court, if you like Mexican food was the best! No complaints here. 2 bottles of water was offered at the check out desk. Very nice! Our first time there and we'll definitely be back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stay Away

This casino is not concerned with Covid, their in it for the money. No social distancing, no mask enforcement, etc.. Slot machines right next to another and the Tables packed like sardines, its about the money here. Fantasy Springs cares they are clean, they socially distance and guess usually win! Despite Casnio

Went for dinner to the deli my cold roast beef sandwich was nothing but spoiled meat even after they made it a second time. I got a cookie for $12 The casino slots are rigged i should work for gaming. I'd show you how these machines are rigged especially when playing 50/50 machines. The machines don't lie! Very sad commentary with no one enjoying themselves. I can remember when it was 8 to 20 hours of fun play now since run by a corporation they failed. 1 ☆ Rating Stay shy from all desert casinos because you're chances are 5/3 meaning 0.3%. Good stay

Aug 20th, 2020

We very much enjoyed our visit but the internet was down for the two nights we were there and no one could seem to give us a clear answer as to why and the issue was never resolved. As usual, staff was very pleasant and we felt comfortable being there during covid. Masks were worn by everyone except in the restaurant and the pool. Staff always had a mask on. The staff at the pool worked really hard to satisfy all the needs of the guests. It wasn't super crowded on a weekday. Plenty of room to spread out and social distance. We were there on a Saturday afternoon a few weeks ago and it was very crowded at the pool. During that time I did not feel social distancing was enforced. Reduced hours for pool are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. We very much enjoyed eating at the Waters Cafe. Overall it was a good trip and a real treat for us to get away for a few days. Already thinking about a return visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
