Wonderful modern hotel, close to CDG

Jul 17th, 2019

This was an ideal location for a couple of nights before we flew out of CDG. The hotel is bright and wonderfully decorated. The modern decor may not be to everyone's taste but we saw more than a few tired business people relaxing on the swings in the lobby after a long day. The shuttle runs regularly to and from the airport. It's not as convenient for getting into and out of Paris city centre - you'll need to get the shuttle to the airport and then the train after dealing with the LONG queues for tickets at the airport machines. The restaurant was also excellent, far better than many hotels we have stayed at. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Danita’s is wonderful

Jul 16th, 2019

Although the hotel is too far from the city Centre if you plan to tour, Danitza is wonderful as are the shuttle drivers. The shuttle runs from the airport each day until 11:30 pm. We also left an adapter there and they offered to mail it to us. The rooms were spacious. Just too far from city center. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice, despite the modern nonsense

Jul 8th, 2019

I don't mind modern when functional, but sometimes the designer needs to be slapped. We really enjoyed our stay here despite the ridiculous furniture in the lobby and the poorly thought out toilet in our room. There was a tiny room right next to the hall door in our room that had just the toilet, then there was a small wall with the thermostat and then next to the bed a larger room with opaque glass that had the shower and sink. For germophobes this is not an ideal situation unless you leave the toilet door open. Closed toilet doors are one of the reasons we have made it through 37 years of marraige, so I was not a fan of this setup. Other than that, the room was large having given us an upgrade for Titanium status, we also received a minibar set up of a couple of sodas, a couple of waters and a couple of beers as a status perk. The bed was very comfortable and the linens deluxe. Having a bad back, I was not a fan of the desk chair which had no wheels and had to be picked up and moved to sit at the desk. There is not much surrounding this hotel, but we had a lovely meal in the restaurant for a reasonable price. We also got a nice buffet breakfast in the morning and the shuttle to the airport was terrific. Manpreet at the front desk was phenomenal, really made me feel like an important guest. Side note: There is a luggage scale in the lobby for those wondering about your baggage allowance at the airport. It costs 1E and you put your bag on the scale, you have about a minute so if you have more than one bag and are ready, you can do both. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Clean, modern and convenient to CDG

Jul 6th, 2019

From the TGV go to the 5th floor at CDG and platform 2 take their shuttle. It’s a 10 min ride to the hotel. Reception was efficient, fast and friendly. Room was modern, spacious by European standards and spotless. Shuttle runs every 10 minutes in the morning. I can’t wait for breakfast!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very friendly staff

Jul 3rd, 2019

Like a lot of other reviewers I stopped over whilst transiting through CDG and unfortunately aligned my check in with a cancelled flight returning to the hotel. The staff dealt with this influx well and indeed the entire staff were excellent. A couple of parts of the hotel were looking a little tired but the room was clean and comfortable. I’d recommend this hotel (noting you need to allow a bit of extra time and patience if you use the hotel shuttle) TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
