Quiet among noises

Aug 21st, 2020

The place is quiet even though surrounded by boisterous noise making potential. We found this quaint place a bit pricey but the experience of staying here commensurated well. Parking could be improved. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Fast one day trip to Key West

Aug 13th, 2020

We are pretty picky about cleanliness and this place did not disappoint. Quaint, cozy, and clean ... The rooms are dated but in this case it adds to the charm. For the two of us and our daughter room #9 worked out great ... The hostess was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent .. we ended up renting bikes and, for example, Fort Zach was about 10 minute ride away. APC is located just a few blocks down from the Southernmost Point monument... Would certainly stay again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great place, great rooms, great staff

Jul 22nd, 2020

This is a quaint little place. Love the atmosphere of the entire place, from the staff to the facilities. Owners are on-site and very involved. Place is spotless, inside the units and outside. Pool very clean and crystal clear. I would recommend this to anyone. I was there as part of a couple but even some families where staying. 3 blocks from Duval St and 4 blocks to Soutmost Point. Great walking area, safe quiet area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Lovely Old Key West Style Boutique Motel

Feb 11th, 2020

Friendly helpful staff. Adorable outdoor pool oasis surrounded by lighted palms. Daily continental breakfast morning. We stayed in room 6, a unit with one bedroom a small living area and small kitchen/dining space. Unit was somewhat dated but clean and cute. Location is on south side of island so a bit of a walk, or short uber, to Old Town, Mallory Square and downtown Duval but close to Southern Most Point and short walk to some restaurants and bars. Lovely if you don’t take the Queen Standard room

Feb 4th, 2020

Stayed for 2 nights at this generally lovely place. The first night we were assigned to the Queen Standard room adjacent to the office and the breakfast caterer. It was NOT up to our expectations (especially at the price of a NY hotel...). Located almost right on the street, it was very noisy and felt pretty exposed as there were only horizontal blinds on the door and on the huge window serving as the wall. The room has a small kitchen and bathroom but everything is very dated and the decor is quite basic and feels cold. The second night we asked and were kindly moved to one of the Queen suites. The feeling here was immediately different. The decor felt more vintage and warm and it was much quieter as it is situated more towards the back of the property. The real bonus of this place is the warm swimming pool which was very very enjoyable for a morning or evening swim. The staff was very professional and courteous and recommended wonderful restaurants in the area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
