Nice Hotel not too Far from Downtown

I enjoyed my stay at the Aloft in Nashville. The parking situation was much easier than other hotels I have stayed at in Nashville, and was conveniently connected to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, catering to all our needs and concerns. Although not directly within Downtown Nashville, it was a roughly 10 minute drive to the Broadway area with traffic. Horrible stay - no hot water, soap or masks on patrons in the lobby playing pool.

No hot water - called to tell them and the night lady said to just run it for 7-8 minutes and the tap as well to help it. Did it for 15 minutes and nothing happened (not even remotely hot) so obviously this isn’t an isolated problem. They know it doesn’t work well (or at all) or they wouldn’t have known what to say instantly... Won’t stay here again. Also, no soap in the bathroom, paid for a suite and it was next to the communal outside area so the window in the living room opened to a whole bunch of people sitting close to my window/living room. Also, the people playing pool downstairs in the lobby area were not wearing masks which is indicated as required on the entry to the hotel. Don’t try this place, the bad service, cold water and COVID risk if walking through the lobby or where they sell food. There are a lot of options right around this location, try those. One positive - the young lady who checked me in was very nice but that was it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Good Hotel, but PAID parking

'Ello chaps! Aloft Nashville West End is located a short drive from the famous Broadway Avenue (where the bars and party restaurants are) and just a short five minute walk from the famous Music Row. The staff is friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and one of the more ideal Aloft layouts. The room was open and spacious, compared to many Alofts that are set up a bit weird. There are multiple restaurants within a short walk (just 3-5 minutes) include the famous Hattie B's chicken and The Row restaurant. Great spots to hit up. The two pitfalls that gives Aloft a three star rating is that 1) It lacks a pool 2) This hotel features required paid parking. Nothing is more obnoxious than the lack of free parking availability. This alone will, unfortunately deter us from booking here again on the next trip. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Was just passing through Nashville and needed a pet friendly hotel for the night. It’s a former office building. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and very large. Easy access to the highways. Not the best as far as accessibility to the outside to take the dog on potty breaks but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. One reviewer complained about the smell of the restaurant wafting up into the hotel. When we were there the restaurant was closed due to COVID19 so I can’t speak to that. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
