So get a room non smoking 3 adults 1 child for 2 days. They gave us two towels. Day two at 3 o'clock i asked for towels they said no. I stepped outside my room to have a cigarette they said to only smoke in parking lot. So im walking down hall and 2 people are standing in hall smoking a crack pipe apperently cigarettes are not aloud but crack is. So if you get two days make sure you bring towels. Think about the last place you dry and the first place you dry your baby. Owner watches multiple people walk up to me in parking lot offering drugs, shoes, used lighters. My girl friend was asked for adult services at least 10 times in parking lot. Owners could not understand english. They dude called the police when a fight broke out and amazingly spoke perfect english. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Honestly I am not looking for comfort but this is hotel was the most cheaper in the area so this is the only reason we booked it but too expensive for the service and location ($65.00 really!!) $50.00 would be enough ! The breakfast is correct: cereals/coffee/bread/fruits the place need to be refreshed (paint and new furniture). Close to the highway so if you are sensitive ask to be in the other side:) .. I didn’t feel safe so I moved everything from my car to the room even for 1 night but that doesn’t mean the place is unsafe :) The manager is very kind and helpful and I am thankful for his understanding and was able to modify a reservation in last minute I am not satisfied by the company who didn’t pay attention to my request and be careful because they have a strong cancellation policy Personally I won’t stay there more than a night but for a quick stop the hotel do the job you need to change the name there is no inn & suites there which was confusing when you arrived in the property. Motel or hostel for sure The good point is you have a gas station close by TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The Hottest Trap House On the Corner

Feb 25th, 2019

I've stayed in some less than stellar places, however I'm currently staying here as I write this, and my inner Ramsay is ready to release: EVERYTHING IS AWFUL HERE. 1. Staff is rude, yells at guests and also demanding. There's culture, and there's being an a-hole. You can't use culture to cover being a rude person. 2. Breakfast? What breakfast? Donuts from a shop and that's about it. Apparently these people haven't a clue what "free breakfast" entails. A kitchen. Eggs. Bacon. Sausage. Waffles. Etc. 3. I paid for a queen room, for whatever reason I was asked if I wanted separate beds, essentially trying to get me into another room. What the actual F? 4. The outlets in the room are mostly broken. A light doesn't work and it's as if the decor hasn't been updated since the 15th century, which shows me the owners don't give care about their guests. Wi-Fi is crap too. They have two channels to connect to and they force you to use the front desk which disconnects endlessly. Tether from your phone. Seriously. It's simple business... You want repeat customers, you update your hotel and REINVEST to charge higher prices in the future. Deliver impeccable service on top. 5. The TV is from the 90s. Ugh. 6. The A/C smells of toilet water, yet surprisingly the vent is clean... Suspicious much? Yes. 7. Fortunately I've found no bugs. Sheets were actually clean. Though I DO wish I had a black light. 8. The shower sucks. Low water pressure, crappy little shower head. 9. The floor is DEFINITELY dirty. Took a shower and soot came off my feet like crazy. Gross! Comfort sacrificed for socks. 10. Staff lied to us about being able to get toilet paper... Friend walked downstairs to the office to get it, was given an excuse about "not having a key." So I called and firmly demanded it, funny how they decided to give it to me AFTER someone physically went and asked. Endless amounts of terrible CS exists here. FINAL THOUGHTS I've stayed at some AMAZING ABVIs. This is a far cry from being one of them, and I hope Red Lion reads this at some point. A regional manager needs to come school this hotel. Or just pay me, I'll do it. 0/5 stars. Avoid. Spend the extra and go to another hotel here or in Warner Robins. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Learned lesson. Always check reviews first!

We were on our way to Florida for a wedding. I booked this motel on Priceline for $46. I thought this was a great price for an overnight stay. We did notice it was very dark in the parking lot and a lot of locals appeared to be hanging around in the parking lot even though it was dark and raining. Were kind of scared but checked in anyway. The lady up front was very uncaring and unprofessional. I told her I had made a reservation and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. It took her awhile to get up out of the chair to look it up on the computer. Second, I asked what time was the continental breakfast ( posted on their website), but she said we don’t have one. Then we checked in. For a nonsmoking motel it reeked of smoke. I went back to the office and reported it and she said she couldn’t help that. Asked for some spray. After about 20 minutes she came back and said no spray so she gave us a different room. It was worse than the last one! The walls were peeling, the carpets were torn, the bedspread was ripped and had stains all over it. I went into the bathroom but then had to have my husband pull the door open to let me out because the door was stuck and the doorknob was about to fall off. My husband was very nervous about staying here so we left and checked into another motel. Later I read the reviews. Many of he reviews said how horrible it was and most importantly, many prostitutes and drug deals go on here. I will never stay at this motel anywhere. The health department should be notified of this property! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
