Great time in LA LA Land!

Great location, wonderful views from the roof, and exceptionally friendly staff. Our penthouse room was spacious and well appointed. The only feedback we shared was the traffic noise from Sunset Blvd, even on the 14th floor. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Had a corner suite. Everything from the valet to the reception/check-in, the pool bar staff, bartender and restaurant staff and French security guard were courteous, professional, accommodating and polite. The room was perfect. Saw a concert at the Greek Theater and I will stay there again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
WARNING: Double Charge

Hotel is nice and in an excellent location. Rooms need to be painted. They look a little dated. I selected the pre payed rate. Two months ago they took the full amount out of my credit card. I checked in and they took out $300.00 for incidentals, which was fine and normal. The second day of our stay they took out the full amount again. I spoke to the hotel manager. She was very nice but said it was a “glitch” in the system. She said the hold would be released after I checked out. Still I am not able to use these funds on my credit card. No problem for me. But if you pre payed be prepared to get charged again. Make sure you have extra money on your credit card or it could totally ruin your vacation. Other than that it’s a good hotel. This is a great hotel to stay in if you want to explore West Hollywood, it's on Sunset Blvd. The staff is very friendly and the deluxe rooms are quite large. As with all Andaz hotels they have some great freebies in the room. My WiFi was very fast. The negatives are that there are only two elevators and parts of the hotel feel a bit dated. That said, I'd stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Just stayed at the Andaz hotel breakfast are the best everything fresh and a huge selection. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great size clean room. Perfect location with a beautiful view definitely be back 😉 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
