Terrible customer service

Like the previous review I was unable to cancel and get a refund from the hotel during the corona-virus pandemic. I was planning on going there with my family to visit Disneyland Paris, but everything is closed due to the pandemic and there are restrictions from travelling to France from my country. They were rude enough to withdraw the payment just after I contacted them directly for a refund. Now I am told from booking.com that I need to pay the full price for the stay to cancel the booking. From outside the aparthotel looks very nice, it is easily reachable with public transport. In the hall area there were some sofas, a ping pong table and a table soccer table (good). First doubt came during check in, no membership benefit, when the employee answered two customer complaints in what looked like a well rehearsed "sorry for the inconvenience story"; he did not even bother to note the requests (two mainteinance issues in the rooms). The rooms were adequately spacious, but looked like a perfect example of "deferred maintenance" (the trick managers and contractors use to squeeze money out of a terminating contract by avoiding anything execept really urgent repairs). -The carpets were in a bad need of washing all over the hotel, even with vacuuming small things reamined trapped in the fur -A mainteinance panel on the side of the bathtub was missing, exposing all the unfinished (and dirty) interior, reported to the concierge, got the same story of the check in - most of the furnishings showed evident signs of wear and tear, and / or needed repairs - whatever was not in an easy reach (lets say within a "two minute per room" cleaning time) was not cleaned (eg for the bathroom: spiderwebs, mould on the ceiling and betwwen tiles, behind the glass bathub screen, bathub all scratched out, frames with traces of rust and warped....) - the kitchen area was cleaner (evidently not used by everyone), but the kitchen surfaces were marred by heated pots, i think since a long time Definitely not going again there, and most definitely not up to a well known hotel chain standard. Not happy with cleanness and unprofessional of front staff!

I was stay this property because of business purpose during Top Resa at two bedrooms. Room was nice and comfortable but not happy with cleanness and unprofessional of front staff I got unknown USED underwear as welcome gift on the first day of arrival in room. We stayed in two bedrooms and I found this USED underwear in bathroom on the checked in day. At beginning, I thought it was belong to my colleague as we need to share the bathroom but three days pass it was still the same place and found out later that we just think the same way that it belong to one of us BUT actually NOT. It was belong to previous guests before us CHECKED IN! I contacted to front staff about this issue and they kept inform me to discuss with supervisor. Finally their supervisor offered us one time clean room but when we backed to room UNKNOWN USED underwear remain in bathroom, NO remove! I did contact again to front staff but just got answer that he will go to my room and remove it by himself. I felt upset that this is the way to solve problem from 4 star hotel! I never got any apology about this problem, I requested to talk with supervisor but front staff inform me that his supervisor not available and will let him contact me again. I left the room for dinner and they just remove while I was not in the room, no apologize no nothing! Very upset! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I booked it as it has "stars" and near to my work place. I can understand it's mistake. The room was not clean when I entered. I can see moisture in the bathroom. There no dustbin bags to dispose garbage regularly as they won't clean. Bedsheets and blankets were smelly. Ironing table was missing. When I asked, they refused saying the technical team is not working so they will provide me the next day. Unfortunately the next day nothing happened. It has re-pushed to an another next day. The stand lamp was not working and the same answer. It doesn't surprise me. I was surprised to know in France technical team doesn't work during check-in time in hotels. I took breakfast option. It was a buffet with less choices. I was surprised to see cockroaches as guest to have breakfast with us. When I asked to cancel my breakfast option for the next days, it was impossible and couldn't get refund. The reception is not responding over phone. We have to contact more than one time. The receptionist is not able to guide you for good restaurants or near by places. I never seen something like this before. I think they can provide better for the expensive fare. May be there will be no next time for this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very happy with our accommodation and location. Air conditioning in the room was very good and useful. Location was good and easy access to public transport. I would book again and recommend for the same price. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
