This by far the nicest hotel I have stayed in in London. My room is clean and spacious with free coffee making and WiFi. Unusually for a city centre hotel it is very quiet. The breakfast is very expensive but everything was first class. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Easy and comfortable stay

Jan 18th, 2020

I had a very easy and comfortable stay at Arbor hotel. Very easy access to the east side of the City. Close to Aldgate East tube. Room was large and the bed comfy. Nice touch with the Nespresso machines for a morning coffee. This is my second stay here, and would recommend it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed for three nights found the location and staff fabulous especially Florin who at all times was most helpful. Proximity to tube station is excellent. Sad to hear of its closure but hopefully not for long as would have no hesitation in recommending for viewing all of London sites. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Terrific hotel for the area and price point - get it while you can!

Jan 10th, 2020

Having stayed in over a dozen hotels in London, the Arbor City Hotel is now one of my favorites. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I need when traveling for business: iron/ironing board, hairdryer, coffee maker, good toiletries, reliable housekeeping, good working desk and high-speed wi-fi. While close to my office destination, it's also at the bottom end of Brick Lane and also close to Old Spitalfields Market, so lots of neat spots to visit, great restaurants nearby, etc.. Also just around the corner from the Aldgate East underground station as well. Finally, just had a chance to get a couple of drinks at the hotel bar my last evening near closing time, and Florin (whom other reviewers have mentioned) was great - attentive and professional but not overbearing or stuffy. Now, after discovering this great hotel in the area, needless to say I'm gravely disappointed that it will be closed after end of Jan for renovations for who knows how long! But, if you're looking for a great hotel option in the area this month and they have availability, jump on it...! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very good hotel

Dec 29th, 2019

The room we had was very nice and quite big compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in London. Bathroom was clean and everything you need from shampoo and soap was available. Great view as well! I would not book breakfast. We had the full English breakfast our first day but had to wait very long although the restaurant was not even half full and it was not that great. There are a lot of places in the area where you coma get better breakfast for half the price. Great location. Just around the corner of the Aldgate East underground stop. With the pink line it is just 5 stops to Kings Cross. Would definitely recommend the hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
