We decided to stay at the Art Hotel Olympic as it seemed a good area, fairly close to both Allianz Stadium and the Centre of Turin. It was very close to a bus stop serving both destinations. The reception staff were very pleasant, helpful and spoke good English. We would like to make a special mention to the member of staff who emailed a photo of our passports to our phone when we were refused entry to the Allianz Stadium for the Juventus match for which we had paid a lot of money. On the continent they always carry ID and we were unaware that we needed this to gain entry, even with a ticket. Thank you so much for avoiding our disappointment. The breakfast room was clean and modern, offering a varied breakfast. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Lovely experience

I liked the simplicity yet functionality of this hotel. Not the best view, but not bad either. Receptionists very helpful and friendly. Location was not so central but near the bus stop which made it convenient. The breakfast was also good and a variety of foods and teas were available. I’d recommend it to friends going to watch Juventus matches. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Noisy

Hotel itself is very basic. The worst thing was the noise. You could hear every movement of people and was even noisy at 1 am with people banging around. It is also a long way from the city centre but OK for the Juventus Stadium TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Only visited the restaurant

I didn't stay at the hotel.. just went their to eat with friends.. the food was decent - nothing special.. had some sliced beef which was ok and fair price. If you are going for a date or something I will NOT choose this place.. the location is also "bad" looks like a bad neighborhood and "ghetto". TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Could do a lot better

In this day and age of saving the planet I was disgust d to find that in the bathroom of our room was a sign about saving water and reusing towels, as I have seen in many hotel rooms over the past few years. However I came across the cleaner on two days running not only taking all the towels (clean and those used only once) and all the bed linen everyday and changing everything! I chalk ng d her about it and she said it is the management who have decided to change everything because people complained about not having clean towels etc everyday! The management needs to make a change in policy and state that they will NOT change the towels and bed linen for 2 or three days in order to save the planet. Apart from that, running out of lactose free milk at breakfast when the hotel has very few guests, running out of bus tickets at reception desk, curtains that don’t shut properly. otherwise comfortable room with very comfortable beds. I have to give it a 3 out of 5 for the lack of care about the environment. I also don’t like to find my room being cleaned at quarter to nine in the morning when I have just returned from breakfast!
