A quick overnight, but wanted to recognize airport shuttle driver "Rory". Rory is truly an asset and wonderful ambassador to the Marriott brand. He was very professional & safe and assisted guests as they disembarked pointing them in the right direction at the very busy ATL airport. Employees like Rory are a rare find. I hope Marriott knows how lucky they are to have him? This Marriott Rewards member certainly does. Thanks, Rory! Looking forward to my next visit to this Marriott property. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Covid safety a priority

This Marriott is located close to the ATL airport with a complimentary shuttle that usually runs every 15 minutes. The hotel takes Covid safety seriously. Masks are required. Hand sanitizer is readily available. Rooms and common areas are very clean. Mobile check-in with mobile keys for a contactless stay. Staff is friendly and attentive when needed. Tonight I was frazzled as I booked the wrong Marriott and showed up at the one I wanted only to realize I had booked another. I sat in the lobby frustrated and ready to cry as I had a long travel day, The young man at the desk Claude Flynn saw me sitting in the lobby and came over to see if he could help me. He knew I was tired and had a bad travel day. He then helped me book at the hotel I was located at already. He will never know how much his kindness meant to me, Sometimes you just need kindness. After that, I was upstairs trying to buy a soda and the security guard saw me and realized the machine was empty, his name was Mr. Jones, He went to another floor and purchased me two sodas and would not let me pay. This actually did make me cry. These people went so out of their way to be helpful. Mrs. Flynn raised her son right. I hope and pray the manager of this hotel sees my review and rewards these incredible employees. This hotel exemplifies excellence. I have to also say the other gentleman at the front desk brought me a soda as well and I did not get his name. Thank you to the special people at this Marriott, you turned my whole day around!! The hotel was clean and COVID ready. Mask was required and hand sanitizer. The staff was nice and supportive. The room was clean. Some of the items you normally would see in the bathroom or near the coffee maker are given to you at the front desk. Thank you for the quality service. Hello of you continue to be safe. I give thanks to everyone at the front desk and the housekeeper that cleaned the room. My one night stay felt like 2 or more stays. Thank you. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

$21 extra parking fee and Restaurant fees... no thanks. Bed was not comfortable. My room smelled moldy/musky. Parking space was way too far from check in. I have no idea why this hotel is this expensive. Will never stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
