A real gem in the heart of Prater

This hotel has been completely renovated in the past few months, the rooms and the lobby area is brand new and beautiful.The rooms are very well furnished, clean and very comfortable, sleep quality is awesome.Breakfast is also superb.The hotel is in the heart of Prater, just a few steps from the subway, that takes you to downtown in 5 minutes. The staff is really kind also, they always smile and have a nice word for you. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

friendly staff, nice rooms, good location

we booked our room quite some time ago, unfortunately the corona virus happened just the days we booked the room. we called the hotel, asking for a refund or a voucher for a better time to come as all the museums were closed and many other things. we were told there are other things to do in vienna not only museums. which is true, however this was our goal for this prolonged weekned and was planned extensively and long ago. however when we came there was no help in finding the other things mentioned by them and we were one of the very few guests in the hotel. otherwise the hotel is situated in a calm location if you a lucky enough there is no fair, a nice park is just around the corner, dogs are allowed and room is nice enough, power outlets have the usb port and wifi works good, i have to mention soap as one with the best smell ever in a hotel and last but not least: staff in general very helpful. they even helped us with a forgoten item and send it back to us. thank you for that. Comfortable and Nice Breakfast

We only stayed for one night, and didn't have a lot of time for exploring or even seeing what all the hotel had to offer. However, the rooms were comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of foods. My only complaint was that we chose this hotel partially because they advertise an airport shuttle. That only means they will book an airport transfer for you. It is NOT included in the cost of the hotel, and will cost you an additional 30 EUR on top of what you've already paid for your room. That was a bit frustrating since, as I mentioned, that was part of why we chose this hotel. I always get frustrated with extra costs on top of what you have already paid. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Nice Stay in Vienna

This hotel is newly build, has bigger room than average of new hotels, and we have clean rooms, nice staffs experience and good location... very close to subway station and several nearby restaurants. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Great staff, unfortunat timing

We stayed at the hotel during the Christmas time and startet out with having loud banging from renovation work every day from 7:30 to 19:30 constantly, not being able to be at the room. I was very frustrated but got well received by the staff and manager Frau Kuhner, who complimented us with a bottle of wine and a paid dinner outside the hotel. Very professional, understanding and friendly from end to end. I wished that the renovation work would have been flagged prior to my booking, which was not the case. Otherwise fine breakfast and fine standard room in this price range. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
