Nice modern hotel not far from the river walk, about a mile.

Sep 27th, 2020

Stayed for 2 nights here. I have always wanted to visit Savannah and made it to Atlanta only until now. It's about a 13.5 hour drive from MI, without traffic. There's a parking garage across the street from the resort. It's about $14/day during the week days and $5 flat rate for the weekends. They offer valet parking at the resort, but they charge $30 per day. The room is on the 3rd floor, lots of loud outside noise from the road noise on the other side of the hotel. The gym is closed during the pandemic and they suspended all house keeping as well, except at checkout. It has a lot of great billowy seats smattered here and there that scream at you to put up your feet for spell. It's clean, modern and sleek as far as decor. I recommend a room away from the elevators, not like ours, which is the first door, closest to elevator. At times folks ambling by too slowly get way too loud and chatty whilewaiting for their elevator to arrive or getting to their rooms. Service was good as was our stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

First Bad experience here!

Sep 27th, 2020

Our Visit was Seemingly unpleasant. Our Carpet was wet and had an odor. The Foreign lady at the Counter(whom I’m guessing was the Manager) Has no People Skills And you can clearly tell she has no Respect for her employees. Multiple guest were Walking the halls with no mask .I visited this hotel In the Past and this was my First bad Experience. Hopefully next visit will be better. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel in Historic area

Sep 21st, 2020

Our experience with this hotel during the pandemic was outstanding. They closely followed CDC guidelines and made us feel very welcome. This hotel is located in the historical district of Savannah. Although Google took us to the wrong door, we found the valet parking easily. The young woman at the desk checked us in quickly and upgraded our room to a suite. The young woman at the valet helped my husband unload the car and took it off to be parked. Our room was very clean and well prepared. As per guidelines, they did not enter the room, but when we left the trash bag outside our door and it was quickly picked up. We did choose to go over our room with a bleach wipe as an extra protection. No where in the hotel did I see any hotel staff without masks. Our stay was short, three days and two nights, it was very quiet. The desk staff and valet staff were very friendly and helpful. The valet charge is $30 at this time with in and out privileges. The other choice of parking was quoted at $25 with a in and out charge of $5 each time. We felt the valet was worth it. Overall our stay was wonderful. During usual times, they have a restaurant and daily housekeeping. If you need clean towels you can pick them up at the desk. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A very decent stay at hotel !

Aug 26th, 2020

Me and family of 4 stayed 1 nights at this hotel in June and had a great time. No food was available due to Covid but that was fine with us. Staff was very friendly and let us check in 2 hours early. Bar was open if you wanted a drink. We parked across the street in the parking deck and that was fine with us. To avoid paying 5 dollars each time we exited, we decided to leave the car there and walk to everything. It really is in a great location and the room was nicely decorated but small. I plan on returning to Savannah soon and definitely will stay here ! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
