Enjoyed our Stay

Oct 2nd, 2018

This was a nice boutique hotel in an expensive shopping district of Madrid. It is located a little off the main road, with a few good places to eat and drink nearby. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely, and the suite itself was quite spacious with loads of storage space and a little living room separate from the one bedroom. We enjoyed our included breakfast each morning in the restaurant downstairs and I found the staff helpful when I needed to buy some tickets. The nearby road made it a little bit noisy at times, but I am a very light sleeper and I slept like a baby so it must have been quite peaceful. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good Stay

May 7th, 2018

Stayed here for a 3 nights, it was pleasant but could do with one or two improvements. The room itself is a good size with a separate bedroom, we were on the 5th floor at the back so there was minimal noise and having a balcony was great with a view. The breakfast has a good selection along with pastries and fruit and the staff were friendly. Like another traveler suggested, an information booklet or something on the hotel in the room would be good eg. Breakfast times, any hotel services etc. Dark curtains in the living room would have been helpful for privacy at night and oddly the kettle had no plug near it so I had to plug it on the floor outlet (might be different in other rooms) Otherwise it was a good stay, location is great and I would come again. Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. Uncomfortable stay

Mar 4th, 2018

We had a horrible welcome. The staff was extremely unfriendly. The furniture was worn out. The rug in the living room felt dirty and was very old. We checked out sooner than we booked just because we hated the place. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Feels like home!

Dec 29th, 2017

We have been coming to this hotel 2x/yr since we left Madrid in 2009. Staff is extremely friendly and always makes you feel at home! Service and facilities are best in class in Madrid, and the location is great for anyone on business trip, or those who want to explore Madrid’s best restaurants and nightlife! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Spacious suites, great location

Sep 30th, 2017

I stayed here for five weeks on business earlier this year and appreciated how spacious the suites were for such a long stay--basically apartment-style with a spacious living room, good-sized bedroom, small bathroom, and small kitchenette with some dishes, a washer, and some electric burners. Great balcony as well. The bed is not the most comfortable ever but could definitely be a lot worse; I do think the furniture and furnishings could use some updating. Staff was very friendly, location was great--walkable to everything and in a very high-end area with lots of shopping... very safe as well. My one major complaint is that it was VERY noisy; the walls are paper thin and my room was situated directly above the breakfast area and you could hear people clanging pots around and making coffee starting very early in the morning. Small but decent spread for breakfast. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
