This place should be shut down by the department of health. It was that dirty. We originally had four nights booked and only stayed one and I think I will lose my money for the remaining three. Just horrible in every way. It looks like people live at the hotel full time and they were making so much noise at night, we hardly got any sleep. It was like they were hanging out on their front stoop or something. I will be sending a formal email to corporate and the department of health in Columbia to investigate the filthiness of the rooms. They cannot be up to code especially with COVID. This place is so filthy and unacceptable for the price that is being charged. Wyndham really needs to investigate and make changes ASAP since their name is associated with it and this how I will Wyndham in the future. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Wasn’t the room we reserved ended up getting a handicap room that had a odor the bath room the paint was falling off ceiling there was black mold behind the wall paper that was coming off Cobb webs hanging also wood trim over window was about to fall down worst room I have ever booked TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

filthy.. smelled of weed. As soon as i complained they kicked us off the property with our a refund...claims I used a racial slur...this did not happen.... purely a lie...for i am the same race..they kept our money and aa you can tell from the pics...this place is filthy..now we are looking for a room at 10pm..witb a sick mother.... NOT USE THIS HOTEL! First they pulled a “bate and switch” move. We booked the room while driving. It said the room was $79. Minus 5% for Wyndham Rewards customers. When we arrived they said the room was $84. They gave us a room and said they were adding a $50. charge to our card Incase there were any damages. The room was filthy!!! Something dirty and sticky was on bathroom floor. The toilet was running and would not flush and had black dirt in the bowl. There was mold all around the bathtub. Two of the lamp shades were sideway. I pulled the covers back to see if the sheets were clean and there was something on the sheet. We went to ask for a refund and they said no. They tried to offer another room, but if that is how they “clean”, we weren’t interested! They were rude, the manager said we were in the room for and hour so he wouldn’t refund our money. (I told him to check his cameras and he could see how long we were in the room) then he changed the subject. We were in the room only 10 minutes. It was so disgusting we got out. I walked back up with the girl at the desk to show her, and the manager went up to look. He counted that time as us being in the room. Worst customer service ever!!! I checked my credit card and they only removed the $50. “damage fee”. We were charged $114. for a room that was unfit to stay in. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This was the nastiest most unkept facility I have experienced in many years. I have nothing good to say about this place. The entire back side of the facility was trashed and vegetation was 3 feet tall. NEVER again!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
