Terrible customer service

The staff are by far some of the unfriendliness and rude people I’ve ever met. The food is mediocre at best. The area is beautiful though. So if you can get a room facing the ocean then you might be able to stomach the terrible service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Avoid - Dirty/Smelly rooms

AVOID!. I booked with them because their website said they are doing derp cleanings. When I got to the room it was extremely smelly and realized it was the bedding sheets. That’s not deep cleaning. Avoid! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

The hotel looks like it has been renovated and smells fresh and new and super clean.

The hotel in my opinion is a 5/5 star! The hotel is extremely clean. The staff are all so nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean. The dining area is beautiful and the food is top notch! The grounds are so well taken care of. This hotel is number one! I will be back. Love love love this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Excellent views, beach access, location, and allows pets

We came here with our dog for our anniversary and had a fabulous time. We had lovely room with ocean view and easy beach access. Hot tub/pool available by signing up. Best of all, restaurants were open all over town for dine in. We've also come here for meetings too & love it. Great price, will be back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Make sure you know your roommate well

Hotel & service were great, access to beach was great. But they chose to put sliding barn doors on the bathroom that don't fully close, no lock & a big gaping crack. Very awkward to use the bathroom...know your roommate! I'm going to take a pass on that next time. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
