My daughter & I plus 2 dogs stayed for 4 nights. We came for my don's wedding. Everything was clean, front desk was very accomodating and the bag(to go) breakfasts were a nice touch. We enoyed our stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Everything We Needed

We came here late (11pm) and left early (6:30am). Just needed showers, A/C, sleep, and breakfast. We were in town for the Neches Wilderness Canoe/Kayak Race. 2 other racers also stayed here. Shower was just fine, water is a little soft, so don't use too much soap. A/C worked well. King mattress was comfortable for husband and I. We picked up our complimentary breakfast at the front desk (no self-serve b/c of Covid-19). Friendly desk staff. Two small Jimmy Dean biscuit/egg/sausages to pop in our room's microwave, a bottle of Sunny-D orange juice, some snack crackers, and a granola bar. Saves us a trip to get breakfast! Wish I had time to swim in the indoor pool. Next time, we may get a room with a Jacuzzi tub to ease tired muscles after the race. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Smoking room

The smoking room smelled horrible. Maybe get some plug in"s, or air fresher. I know I will be bringing my air fresher with me. O r maybe a window to open. Had to leave the fan on the air conditioner all the time. The whole floor stunk. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Great Stay!

The staff was nice. The room was clean & they were very accommodating due to the fact that I brought my dog with me. They also offered ne to check in early & check out late. That worked out great! This trip was for me to be able to spend time with my grandfather who lives in Frankston & I CAN NOT take my dog to his house so allowing me to check in early helped me out A LOT! One of the best

This Best Western hotel was a wonderfully new facility and very well taken care of. I would certainly recommend this hotel for your accommodations while in the area. There was only a minor problem with the shower head connection of leaking at the supply pipe TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
