staff unfriendly. There is no restaurant in hotel and we were asked to leave lounge with our food we brought back even though we purchased drinks at the bar. When we checked in the desk clerk was not very informative. Was told all information is located on your tv. This was not very user friendly either. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A great clean hotel close to many restaurants. Service is great - staff went out of their way to get my room ready when i arrived early from an international flight . Linen was clean, the decor was very modern TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Friendly and nice pool - rooms a bit poky though

If this had been a 3 star hotel I would have thought it very good but am a bit surprised it earns four stars. The room was tiny and had some design flaws ( for instance we kept on stubbing our toes on a chair, the tap was too close to the back of the sink for one to be able to put one's hands under it to wash them) and was not entirely clean (some mucky marks on the curtains). However it was quiet and quite well appointed and the staff of the hotel were friendly. The common areas downstairs were nice, with an unexpected indoor courtyard garden, and the pool made the place truly worthwhile. The area is full of little lovely restaurants of all sorts but be warned, most except for the most common chains are closed on Sundays. We had to resort to room service which we most definitely do not recommend - all reheated frozen stuff and the most unpleasant "gaspacho" that I've ever tasted. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Nice centralized Hotel and excellent Service

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is located in a perfect area, very close to downtown, the harbour and the old Port. The hotel was very clean, the room was very nice but small with a Nice shower. The staff was very polite and helpful especially Antonin who was great checking us in, giving a map by showing us the place to see and visit by walking and also came to our room to fix the TV and the internet. I definitely recommend this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Nice room, excellent service

I was very favorably impressed by this hotel. My good-sized room was quite comfortable. I would single out the front desk staff for particular praise. Their English was good, and, more importantly, they were exceptionally helpful and friendly. As a foreign visitor in need of occasional assistance I was very appreciative of them. If your experience is like mine you will feel very much at home here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
